Infection Control Mandates

Basic I.C. Mandates:

For the safety and consideration of others, we encourage all our patients to play their part in observing the following requirements:

1. 1. Sanitise your hands upon entry and re-entry into the clinic.
   2. Wash your hands with soap upon entry into your designated dental treatment room.
   3. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing preferably with tissue. Discard tissue and re-sanitise.
   4. If you exhibit any flu-like symptoms, do not attend clinic. Instead, call our office to set a new appointment.
   5. If your child exhibits any flu-like symptoms, please do not attend clinic. Instead, call our office to set another appointment.
   6. If you experience skin irritations, boils, tender lesions, rashes, wheals etc. do not attend clinic. Contact your nearest public health centre or family physician.

Additional Requirements:

1. 1. Minors (individuals under the age of 18) and physically/ physiologically impaired persons must be accompanied by a capable, responsible adult or guardian.
   2. Be sure to observe all additional protocols on our in-office notice board.
