Associate Dentist

Essential requirements:

  • A DDS degree or an equivalent degree from a recognised College or University
  • An Annual Practising Certificate for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
  • Registered, in good standing with the Dental Council of Trinidad & Tobago (DCTT)
  • No less than five (5) years’ real work-experience would be an asset.
  • Strength in a restorative, cosmetic, sport or surgical field of dentistry would be an asset
  • Demonstrable proficiency or understanding of the dental digital-workflow
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, work ethics and superb organisational skills
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation (one from a dental university instructor or previous employer is required)
  • Police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment assessment

Dental Data Entry Clerk

Essential requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma with five (5) or more passes. Mathematics, English and at least one (1) science subject. Distinctions not mandatory, but would be an asset.
  • Experience in data entry, preferably within a medical setting would be an asset
  • Quick learner with an ability to understand input data processes within practice management software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of and adherence to patient confidentiality protocols
  • The ability to anticipate what needs to be done in order to fulfil tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation
  • A police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old

Dental Receptionist

Essential requirements:

  • Mature, personable and people-centred
  • Two (2) or more years of work-experience as a dental receptionist or customer service representative
  • Excellent communication skills and work ethics
  • Team player with stellar organisational skills
  • Mental acuity and emotional intelligence
  • Teachable, enthusiastic and industrious
  • Committed to accurate dissemination of dental-related information to all internal and external parties
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation
  • Police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment assessment

Digital Dental Technician

Essential requirements:

  • Higher-level certification with no less than one (1) year of experience as a dental technician
  • A strong understanding of digital lab techniques and the 3D workflow
  • Demonstrable proficiency in digital prosthesis design and fabrication
  • Proven ability to manipulate 3D file formats to achieve aesthetic patient-treatment results
  • A foundation in traditional lab techniques and dental materials would be an asset
  • Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High standard of work ethics including infection control protocols
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation
  • A police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment assessment

Junior Dental Assistant

Essential requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma with five (5) or more passes or entry-level certification in a health-care discipline.
  • No less than one (1) year of work-experience as a dental assistant
  • Excellent communication skills and anticipatory skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High standard of work ethics inclusive of infection control practices
  • Teachable, enthusiastic and industrious with basic knowledge of dental terminology
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation
  • Police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment assessment

Senior Dental Assistant

Essential requirements:

  • A Degree in Biology, Dental Hygiene, Nursing or another health-care discipline with no less than three (3) years’ work-experience as a dental assistant
  • No less than seven (7) years’ work-experience with no degree or certification
  • Excellent communication, anticipatory and organisational skills
  • Demonstratable proficiency in the use of 3D technology and imaging throughout the digital dentistry workflow
  • Teachable, enthusiastic and innovative with high standards of work ethic, inclusive of infection control protocols
  • Two (2) references and two (2) letters of recommendation
  • Police certificate of good character, no more than six (6) months old
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment assessment
